This mindful practice is a foundation to cultivate self-awareness and enhance conscious evolution. Through guided relaxation coupled with harmonic sound healing, awareness is heightened while a depth of emotional purification vibrates within.

Learn to experience the free-flow of energy moving in your body once you have observed with full sincerity how unnecessary tensions in the body and mind restrict the breath and your feeling of life. Learn to focus & align with your soul/higher self to gain energy, insight, and intention. Increase your ability to concentrate and be more still, experience a joy in achieving hopes and dreams. Relaxation skills and techniques are studied and practiced to combat stress-producing destructive patterns of behavior, perceptions, and situations. However, we journey beyond the ordinary relaxation class, to experience right relationship in sound, symbol, image, guidance, observation and inquiry.

Program format begins with a warm-up Qi Gong style, a teaching, discussion, followed by a guide journey to heighten your mind-body awareness while deepening into a state of calm. Lee Ann incorporates sound healing instruments as an accompaniment to her guidance.
